All work was explained clearly to me so that I understood what needed to be done. (For example, that ceiling fans needed to be supported much more than ceiling lights did, so supports needed to be added.) It was done neatly and with consideration for the fact that I was working from home that day. I was completely satisfied with how the job was done.

Beth was extremely nice and professional. Despite the terrible heat and the large amount of work that had to be done outside, Beth and Sam remained cheery and calm. They did the work according to the priorities I specified, explained everything clearly, and got almost everything off my list accomplished, extending a visit to get it all done. Beth was super-fast and detailed when communicating by email, and this was a method of communication that was really helpful to me. Non-responsive vendors are a huge pet peeve of mine, and here was done that was the direct opposite! I had some questions afterward and Beth clarified everything. For example, I was wondering why the invoice did not include a labor per hour charge, but Beth quotes and bills per job, not by hour. I am very happy with all the work performed, and it feels so good to have so many of my electrical annoyances finally fixed 2 years after I moved into the house, all within the span of a few hours. I have a good understanding of the rough prices it would take to fix the rest of my list, and will definitely call on Beth in the future to get these taken care of also.

They fitted us into their schedule on short notice. They purchased and installed new smoke detectors in our house. They repaired the older wiring that had become inoperative. There were a number of circuits that had become inoperative for some reason and they reactivated them. I have an advanced degree in EE and I was curious about what had gone wrong. I had hoped to find out what had caused the outages, but I still don't have a clear picture of what had caused the problems. A few weeks after the installation, we had several false alarms in which the smoke detectors went off for reasons unexplained. Her company came in on a Sunday afternoon and cleaned the alarms. As a test they deactivated the sensors in one part of the house. We have not had any false alarms since then. Beth contacted us today to inquire about whether we have experienced any more false alarms. I have been delighted with the diligence and responsiveness of Beth and her employees. She has been excellent at maintaining contact and has been very quick to respond when an issue did arise.
