B&P Tree was referred to us by our landscape designer. B&P has been great to work with. They were very good with communications, getting back to us within 24 hours after calling or emailing them. That was the first thing that impressed me. The owner, Eric, has been very easy to work with too. He came by the house as scheduled to look over the work we wanted done, talked over what he would do, and then sent us an estimate, all within a couple of days. After deciding to use B&P, Eric was accommodating to meet our timing, scheduling us in when we requested. On the day they were scheduled to do the work, his team showed up on time and completed the job in a totally professional way. The trees we were having removed were right along a fence bordering our neighbor's yard. Eric was especially careful about affecting their property. He needed to remove a fence and replace it after he was finished. He also needed one of his people in the neighbor's yard to receive parts of the tree as they were being cut down. All of this was done very carefully and thoughtfully, with no sign of them even being in the neighbor's yard when they were finished. The one things I wish they had done better would have been to remove more of the root system for the trees they cut down. While they did bring a stump grinder to remove the stump, the root system is still pretty prominent in the backyard. It's not a big deal since a landscaper will end up taking care of it, but I thought we agreed with B&P that they were going to do that.
