Arch was great to work with. They were always helpful and returned phone calls and emails quickly. The painters showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and were very friendly. We are very pleased with the paint job.

Arch Painting did a great job. Adam, who provided the quote, was knowledgeable and professional. I scheduled the job about a month and a half in advance and they arrived exactly the day they had promised. The prep work was well done and thorough. The painters who handled the job were extremely courteous, conscientious and hard working. The area around the house was cleaned up every day and they were very careful not to damage plantings and bushes around the house. I liked the fact that they doubled checked all the paint colors I had given them and even went so far as to show me the can and color before the final coat just to make sure everything was correct. The last day of the job they walked around and looked for anything that needed their final attention, which again showed nice attention to detail. The bottom line a great paint job done on time, on budget and in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend this company.

Kevin arrived at the property to provide a quote exactly on time, and delivered the quote the next day. It was not the cheapest but the company seemed the most competent so we hired them. The painter did all of the work quickly and very professionally and on schedule, while we were on vacation. No problems whatsoever - effortless on our part. Arch is highly recommended.

They were outstanding. They were punctual and had the best price. All their painters were very courteous, polite, and professional. They have just been wonderful and very responsive. I am amazed at how professional and courteous they have been! They also gave me a 5% discount for being an Angie's List member. On top of that they were $2500 lower than the next quote and $4000 lower than the third.

Joe and Alex responded quickly and satisfactorily. Rod and Max were very polite, genuinely nice people who did an excellent job. They were careful with the furniture and left everything absolutely spotless.

The representative was very professional. He arrived on time and took thorough notes on the work I wanted a quote on. They seem like they would be very good, but I felt the price was fairly high (I got the job done for almost 1/2 of Arch's quote). I had to follow up with the representative to get the quote and get question I had on the quote answered.

Arch Painting performed this work in a highly professional manner. The quality of the work was excellent. The painters and carpenters were efficient and very courteous. It was a pleasure to have them around. They cleaned up after work every day and left the area around the house in excellent condition. They took care of the small details of the job without prompting and responded well to any suggestions or requests. I called Arch after the job was completed to ask for help opening some stuck windows. They came the next day and took care of the problem. I had three bids to do this job. Arch was the low bidder. There was a small price increase for a second coat of trim paint. The carpentry work was done on a cost and materials basis. The work was done well, quickly, and at modest cost.

Very pleased. Evandro, as team foreman, was professional and thorough. Kept on schedule.

It was an excellent experience. The estimate was emailed to me within hours of meeting with them and was much lower than a company I had used before. The job was delayed due to the ridiculous amount of RAIN we've had, but we were in no rush anyway. The same crew prepped and painted, so they knew my requirements of running a busy office with a lot of traffic during this project. They came over a holiday weekend to keep out of our way. Though time will tell on how well the paint holds up, the finished job looks fantastic. I did extensive checking of references, and there was one minor complaint about paint chips. I brought it up with the crew, and there were zero problems on our job. They did lose a foreman/scheduling person recently, but the rest of the staff stepped up to the plate to correct his lack of communication.

From the first quote until the job was done, everyone at Arch was a pleasure to work with. We had an estimate for the house and deck, we declined the deck just based on our budget. After having the cleaning delayed due to weather (no fault of the company) they first discounted the deck price, then did it for free. I was very surprised and appreciative. After they finished they walked my wife around for a review and answered any questions she had.

I was very impressed with all aspects of the experience- from the quote to work performed as well as the follow-up. Joe came to my house and discussed the possible options; quickly provided a quote; and the work was promptly scheduled and performed when committed.

We had a terrible experience with this company. After waiting 45 minutes for the initial crew to arrive, the job had to be re-scheduled because I had to leave for work. The second attempt resulted in the crew showing up 1-1/2 hours early on a Saturday while my family was still in bed. The crew then proceeded during the process of power washing the exterior to spill a good amount of gasoline on our driveway & bleach that resulted in 2 large stains. I called Adam immediately but he sent out someone else to evaluate the damage, & said he had a networking breakfast & could not be there until later in the day. The company offered to pay for the damage but after repeat calls to Adam we still have not been compensated. I called one last time & was told by Adam to call the office myself & try to find out where or when we would get a check. I would not recommend to use this organization under any circumstances. They are unprofessional & not responsive even when they admit fault.

Joe was professional when he first came out and in his follow-up. The crew that came out was professional, courteous, and maintained a reasonably clean job site. ''Old'' house needed considerable amount of scraping and caulking, etc. Joe said they had alot of experience in this area, but the crew that came out did not. In fact, the crew leader expressed surprise that the crew with greater experience with these houses hadn't been sent out. This crew did not caulk as well as they might have. I think they tired of the caulking needs. A year and a half later, I have found a few small areas on the siding that did not receive a top coat, which I put on. Okay overall, but for the price would use a different company.

THE TEAM OF PAINTERS WORKED EFFICIENTLY TO GET THE JOB DONE WITHIN ONE WEEK. THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY TO ANY CONCERNS AND QUESTIONS. THEY WERE VERY POLITE, AND CLEANED UP OK AT THE END OF THE DAY.

JOE ARRIVED PROMPTLY THE NEXT DAY FOR THE ESTIMATE AND PRESENTED HIMSELF VERY PROFESSIONALLY. AS PROMISED, HE FAXED THE QUOTE WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS. THE WORK WAS OF HIGH QUALITY. THEY DID A GOOD JOB PREPPING THE WALLS AND USING SKIMCOAT IF NEEDED (WE HAD A LOT OF NAIL HOLES, ETC. ON OUR WALLS). THERE WERE NO TOUCH-UPS REQUIRED. I WENT WITH ARCH BECAUSE THEY WERE THE ONLY PAINTING COMPANY OF THE 4 I CONSIDERED THAT HAD BONDED EMPLOYEES. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE TO WORKING WITH THEM WAS THAT THEIR PRODUCTION MANAGER, ALEX, WAS A LITTLE SLOW TO SCHEDULE THE WORK (HE WAITED 3 DAYS TO CALL ME TO CONFIRM DATES) AND WAS TARDY FOR 1 APPOINTMENT AND FORGOT ABOUT THE FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT. I HAD TO CALL HIM ON HIS CELL PHONE BOTH TIMES TO FIND OUT IF HE WAS COMING WHEN HE DIDN'T SHOW UP ON TIME AND HE WAS APOLOGETIC BOTH TIMES.

HE WAS A LITTLE AGGRESSIVE ABOUT WHAT HE WANTED TO DO. HE SENT ME AN ESTIMATE FOR $1400 FOR THE TRIM WORK, AND THE THINGS THAT HE THOUGHT WOULD ADD VALUE TO THE HOUSE. I DIDN'T CALL BACK BECAUSE THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH. THEN HE CALLED, AND LEFT A MESSAGE THAT HE WAS THINKING ABOUT THE ESTIMATE, AND HE WANTED TO TALK TO ME ABOUT JUST SENDING A SMALL CREW BY TO DO THE LITTLE THINGS I WANTED. HE ALSO CALLED MY REAL ESTATE AGENT, AND TOLD HER THAT I HAD QUOTED HIM A PRICE ON THE HOUSE. I HAD NOT GIVEN HIM A PRICE THAT I WAS SELLING THE HOUSE FOR. I FELT THAT HE WAS TRYING TO USE ARCH PAINTING TO GET ME TO GIVE HIM PREFERENCE ON FIRST BID ON MY HOME WHICH WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE WAS TIMELY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND PERSONABLE. AFTER ONE SCHEDULING MIX UP, I MANAGED TO HOOK UP WITH HIM. I ALMOST SELECTED THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY PRESENT THEMSELVES VERY PROFESSIONALLY. I CALLED MANY OF THEIR REFERENCES, SOME OF WHICH WERE NOT GREAT. THOSE WERE REFERENCES PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY. SO, AT THE LAST MINUTE I DECIDED TO GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE.

WORKERS WERE PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, LEFT WORK AREA CLEAN.

THEIR SERVICE WAS THOROUGH, THEY WERE CLEAN AND POLITE, AND THEY COMPLETED THE JOB IN THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD. WHEN I FOUND A PROBLEM, THEY HAD SOMEONE TO THE HOUSE IMMEDIATELY TO FIX IT. THEY WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH, AND I WOULD DO IT AGAIN.

THE PAINTERS WORKED EFFICIENTLY AND THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS FINE.

IF THEY WERE GOING TO BE LATE, THEY ALWAYS CALLED. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. A VERY WELL RUN OPERATION.

THE COURTESY AND PROFESSIONALISM OF THE PAINTING CREW WAS EXCELLENT, AS WAS THE QUICK SERVICE. I HAVE TO GIVE THEM A B FOR CLEANLINESS, THOUGH, AS THERE WAS A MORE OF A MESS LEFT POST-WALLPAPER REMOVAL THAN I THOUGHT THERE WOULD BE. OTHERWISE, AN EXCELLENT JOB AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
