Arch Painting was founded in 1997 by Joseph Giacalone, who sought to apply his decade of residential painting experience to launch a full-service painting company focused on providing exceptional service in a distinctly professional manner. Today, Arch Painting's management team employs a collaborative approach to provide affordable, efficient, and durable painting services. Description of Work: I had contacted Arch Painting based on the opinions of two past clients. Both recommended the company. I emailed the company via Angie's List and did hear back promptly. However, I was told that Worcester was out of their area and that I would need to spend a certain amount of money in order for them to come. Then I was told that perhaps they could accommodate me, they would call back; they never did. All I expect from any contractor is honesty and professionalism. I don't think that's too much to ask.

Description of Work: They broke a window and said the problem was it was a substandard window and I should complain to whoever had installed it. They didn't put down drop cloths and so got paint on our new roof shingles and our new masonry steps and then complained that I was cutting into their profits when I required them to fix these problems before making the final payment. This was in 1999. I would never use them again.

Hi [removed member name], I have no record of this job in my system other than our painters helping out Disanto Painting who I was friends with and he was transitioning out of the business at the time . I believe this was a Disanto Painting project. This was way back in 1999 and my records show we helped Disanto by giving painters to assist him in this project.
