+ -1 moreRETURNED PHONE CALL QUICKLY. APPOINTMENT SET UP AND HE CAME ON TIME. I WAS SURPRISED THE FEE WAS SO HIGH. HE EXPLAINED THAT IT WAS THE COST OF MAKING A HOME VISIT.
Description of Work: I THOUGHT I NEEDED A DEAD BOLT LOCK REPLACED, SINCE I COULD NOT GET THE KEY INTO THE LOCK. TURNED OUT ALL IT NEEDED WAS SOME GRAPHITE OR WD40. THE LOCK NOW WORKS FINE.

+ -1 moreTHE LABOR PRICE WAS HIGHER THAN ESTIMATED POSSIBLY DUE TO MY ADDING A JOB WHEN HE GOT HERE. HE IS NOT SPEEDY BUT VERY METICULOUS.
Description of Work: REPLACED THE 5 CYLINDERS ON OUR LOCKS, A DOOR KNOB AND MADE KEYS.
