Sergjio Mhilli is definitely your guy! Extensive water damage on an existing lath and plaster ceiling in house built in 1790 in Salem MA> Sergjo carefully covered bookcases , furniture, oriental carpets. He carefully prepared the damaged areas and repaired and replaced the damaged areas with 2 part plaster. He sanded and re painted the ceiling which is now absolutely perfect. He did a thorough cleanup including wiping surfaces that were protected during the project. One day for the repair, overnight curing of the plaster, sanding and oil prime and final finish coat on the second afternoon. Two enjoyable days with a very nice guy start to finish. He would be perfect for any historic restoration.

Him and he is crew took care of us and gave us a reasonable price, the work span 2 weeks to removal all textured wall and he was able complete it beautifully and complete painted our whole house in about another week. Such an amazing craftsman, his attention to detail of the walls is outstanding. I would definitely recommend !!! Very professional!

I hired Sergjo to replace and repaint 2 ceilings and repair and repaint several walls in my home, and he exceeded my expectations. He arrived promptly, was personable and professional, did an outstanding job, and cleaned up thoroughly when he was finished. I was so impressed that I ended up expanding the job to include the removal of the wallpaper in another room. Great service at a fair price. Iâ ve already scheduled another job, and wouldnâ t hesitate to recommend him.

The service was provided quickly and priced well, yet there were several issues during the job. The room was not properly covered resulting in there being a thick layer of dust everywhere. The final layer of plaster was sloppy, requiring further spackling and sanding by me prior to painting. The electrical outlet hole was cut far too large so that a regular-sized outlet cover does not extend past the hole. And, when I tried to address some of these issues with , he was very rude to me...raising his voice to a pregnant woman. Would not recommend.

I needed a fairly large section of drywall around a door frame repaired, and Sergjo was very responsive, friendly, gave a reasonable quote and worked diligently and efficiently with excellent results. Would recommend.

You get what you pay for â ¦I really wanted to give him a good review because he is a hard worker but it is not happening. I hired him to fix my ceiling and paint it he also had to cut out some water damage on a ceiling, he only covered small space on a floor and my couch, dust was everywhere if I knew I could cover it myself I had to wash everything on my kitchen, all appliances, kitchen counters and what was on it. He and his helper worked 12 hours a day hard for workers. I decided to hire him to paint the walls he said he will fix the walls where needs it and do 2 coats of paint. Once again they were sanding did not cover anything dust is everywhere, moved furniture and appliances with dirty hands, finger prints everywhere did not put the furniture where it was ( I am a single woman I can not do it by myself). I asked him multiple times to keep my front door closed because I have animals and every time I came home the door was wide open. He told me he was done I looked around it looked good but it was kind of dark anyway I paid him. I looked on next morning and noticed that small bathroom was only painted ones and not even everywhere texted him he offered to come back the next day but I was not available so here we are over two months later, and I just painted my bathroom by myself and did all touch-ups that he missed

Sergjo was very responsive in setting up an appointment to review our project and provided his proposal (which was very fair) almost immediately. Then was extremely responsive with his follow-ups as we made our decision to move forward. Once we decided to go ahead he did a great job plastering and painting our closets! Exactly what we were looking for! Additionally, he was very respectful in regards to our weariness around Covid and did a great cleanup job afterwards

Sergjo and his team gave me a fair price and communicated well up until they finished the plastering and then told me they would need to paint my entire upstairs ceiling because I had given them the wrong color paint. I did give them the wrong paint color for the ceilings. Should not have assumed the paint left by the previous owners was the right paint. That's on me. But the team continued to paint over the cracks they'd repaired with what was Obviously the wrong color instead of communicating with me. They gave me a new quote to redo the ceilings. No thanks, I'll figure it out myself. They also got plaster clumps on the walls and instead of scrapping off the clumps just painted over them, so now my walls have acne which I will have to fix as well.

Professional, nice and efficient. Put up plastic to keep plaster dust to a minimum from spreading around, and finished the project in 3 days. Also can provide a receipt too which is great. Very responsive as well to text.
