Fantastic. I can't say enough about Ed and his installers. From the very beginning Ed has been patient through multiple iterations of the work needed done. As well as completely clear as the best way to achieve it. He never tried to oversell the project, in fact, he always was looking for ways to save us money. When it came time to finally install the flooring, which he allowed me to purchase myself and not through him, unlike some other vendors I got quotes from, his installers came on time when they said they would, were polite, professional, clean and efficient. They let us know ever step of the way if there was something that we should know or consider during the installation process so it was 100% to our liking and satisfaction. When finished they cleaned up after themselves, explain the best way to maintain the floors and answered any questions we had. We are completely pleased with the end product! I would hire Ed and New Coverings for any and all floor, stair installation without hesitating.

Excellent. Ed is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He is very experienced, and that’s apparent when he gives advice. His crew shows up when promised, and they are skilled and friendly. It was a great experience. I recommend them highly.

Removed kitchen tile & installed vinyl planking. Work was done all in one day, a bit of a rush but understandable as it was the day before pandemic lockdown in 2020. Satisfied with initial work despite one mussed-up lengthwise joining, but that was near sink, not very noticeable. Over next year, however, around half a dozen gaps appeared between ends of planks in one area (a few minor ones in another area). Workmen came out twice (needed prompting), expressed surprise, said they’d replace planks. When workmen finally came out third time, no new planks. They just caulked the gaps with a “close” color. I could have done that, and with a closer color. Since then, the caulk has darkened & crumbled, leaving dirty gaps again. Will not rehire.

It was fine I will rate them a 5 starts. They were knowledgeable, on time an professional. They were responsive got back to me when needed and returned my calls. His crew's did a great job and I planned to hire them again in the future for a mega project.

They didn't do the gas part. I had to get my own gas guy to disconnect and connect the gas part. They were very prompt and responsive and everything. What I liked is, they accommodated me. They were very prompt and they knew my situation because I had a tenant waiting to move in. So they really did it real fast. In that sense, they really accommodated me. Their documentation was not really professional. It was just a simple e-mail. Even though they put it into a lot of heads, it could have been more professional and broken down. The work turned out great, there were no issues. I would recommend that they do a lot more detailed professional quote, not just like a lumped kind of thing. They were very good guys.

Work was done in just 2.5 days , very accurate with the incredible good quality. Workers were very nice and useful. I'm professional civil Engineer and can appreciate good quality of construction.

They were done two half days. The work was very high quality. I'm a professional structural engineer and I really appreciate high quality work. Everything was exceptionally good. Just a pleasure to work with. Floor work is just fantastic. Edward Coglin, the president, I have been the construction business for over 50 years across the world and I haven't met too many people as nice and intelligent has he. It was just such a pleasure to work with I just had to share my nice experience.
