+ -1 moreMr. Harris returned my call requesting an estimate promptly. He arrived on time for the estimate and for both days of work at my house. He was extraordinarily neat and absolutely meticulous about his work. At the time of the estimate he was clear about what could and could not be done with each situation and set expectations appropriately. The work was done on time and on budget and is of very high quality. I am already planning my next project with him.
Description of Work: Repair and paint water-damaged ceiling in the kitchen: tape and skim-coat crack, stain blocker application, paint. Paint walls and ceiling in small bathroom. Scrape down and paint bathroom door and frame.

+ -1 moreThe completed job was better than we expected. Walls are perfectly smooth. Work took 2 weeks, and every night we came home to a neat house. The work started on schedule and ended a day earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend Granville Harris and would hire him again.
Description of Work: My home is 100 years old with horsehair plaster walls, very uneven with spongy areas. Mr. Harris smoothed them out completely, wallpapered with paintable textured wallpaper, and finish painted a large living room, stairway, and hallway.
