I live in a 3 family home. I hired Best Pro Builders to handle several projects for me: 1) to patch holes my tenant put in a bedroom wall, 2) repair damage caused by a past water leak, 3) install bathroom exhaust fans in the 1st and 2nd floor, 4) paint rooms (two bathrooms, kitchen, a bedroom and hallways) The crews were very professional in their set up and clean up. Erick’s crews did good work, especially since the spaces were still occupied. My biggest gripe was the communication at the start of the project wasn’t as timely as I would have liked, and I initially didn’t get a clear estimate for how long the total project would take. Because I have tenants, I wanted to provide them with as much advance notice as possible. The communications did improve after the first two days. Aside from that, I would definitely reach out to Best Pro Builders for projects in the future.

After our electrician had to dig up our backsplash, we worked with Erick to refinish the kitchen walls. He was communicative and professional and his team worked hard to finish on the timeline we had agreed on.

Erick Siva came out to assess the damage of my falling ceiling the same day I called. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He and his crew started right away! (I had made a few other calls, most wouldnâ t even come out for at least, a week. One did give me an estimate which was almost double the cost of Best Pro Builders based on pictures of the damage.) Erickâ s crew was professional, respectful, worked pretty quickly and did a good job cleaning up. The new ceiling is beautiful! I would recommend Best Pro Builders to family and friends. I am very happy with the work they did.

Erick was very professional and cared about the job being done properly. He was always available by phone at anytime and his crew showed up on time every day and did a very good plaster and paint job for 5 rooms, very precise work and cleaned up well.

Erick and his crew delivered what was promised (even a bit more!) in a timely manner. Every part of the process went well. Erick came to our house and explained the repair plan. Scheduling the timing of the repair was easy and convenient. The crew was neat and did a great job. The communication from start to end was amazing. I would highly recommend this company, and I would use them again if I needed this type of work done.

I had Erick fix damage from pipes bursting this winter. He patched smoothed and painted my living room and dining room as well as replaced trim and smoothed and painted our old textured ceilings in our upstairs while sanding and refinishing all of our floors. I went into this process apprehensive after having several terrible experiences with contractors and construction previously. After finishing this project I immediately asked Erick what other things they do because I plan on using them again in the future for bathroom and kitchen remodel.

He remodeled my kitchen and did an amazing job, I highly suggest their services!

Recently did a couple projects with the Best Pro team and they surpassed my expectations! I have found that when I hire some one that I donâ t personally know that there is always an area where you walk away feeling like that could have been done better. Best Pro Services were great from the explanation of the quote to timeliness, cleanliness and outstanding work throughout to the very detailed final walkthrough at the end. I was thoroughly impressed.

Iâ ve used Best Pro twice helping patch up areas of my home, both times the work looks fantastic, everything comes out flat and sanded and they paint as well so it looks as good as new!

Best Pro Builders did an excellent job of repairing nearly 100 year old plaster walls that had been damaged by time and wallpaper removal. Company also repaired ceiling cracks and made walls and ceiling look new. Finished job by painting. I highly recommend its services; great work for fair price.

If you need plaster work done, I highly recommend Best Pro Builders Inc. I have been renovating a 100-year-old house in Cambridge, and needed some ceilings and walls repaired prior to painting. Erick came to my property twice to help me understand which walls and ceilings could be covered with skim coat plaster, and which needed to be demolished, as the plaster was coming loose from the lath. The crew who did the work were extraordinarily competent and hard working. As the job proceeded, I became worried about the huge mess the ceiling demolition made, but when the crew finished the job, they vacuumed and washed the floors, leaving the place cleaner than it was when they got there. I had received two other quotes for this job, and in additional to excellent work they did, Best Pro Builders Inc. was also the lowest priced bid.
