Description of Work: I woke up with frozen pipes and instead of sending someone out at emergency rates, Joe helped me figure out how to fix the problem myself. I couldn't find the shut-off valves, and he consulted his records (or his memory?) from when he worked on my house 2 years ago, leading me right to the valves via text. Outstanding professionalism.
