HE DOESN'T SHOW UP. HE HAS NO PEOPLE SKILLS. BROUGHT ONLY THREE SMALL BOOKS OF SAMPLES WHICH WERE ALL BEIGE AND BROWN WHEN I HAD ASKED FOR "THE OFF-WHITE FAMILY". WAS CONFRONTATIONAL. MY CLIENT AND I WERE AMAZED AT HIS RUDENESS. HE HAD NO REGARD THAT I HAVE A BUSINESS TO RUN. I GAVE HIM THREE SEPARATE TIMES TO SHOW UP WHEN I WOULD BE FREE TO GIVE HIM MY FULL ATTENTION. HE CANCELLED THE FIRST,CLAIMING THE 'SNOWSTORM',(TOTAL 1/8'): NEVER SHOWED FOR THE SECOND,(FORGOT MY DIRECTIONS, GOT LOST, AND WENT HOME): CAME 45 MINUTES EARLY FOR THE THIRD,AND WAS RUDE BECAUSE I MADE HIM WAIT UNTIL I FINISHED WITH MY CLIENT. HE LEFT WITHOUT WARNING AFTER WAITING 50 MINUTES. I HAD A CLIENT WHO WAS ON TIME AND WHOSE APPOINTMENT WAS OVER AT 4:35 P.M. HAD HE COME ON TIME, HE WOULD HAVE WAITED 5 MINUTES.
Description of Work: THE MAN CANCELLED THE FIRST APPOINTMENT, ONE HOUR BEFORE HE WAS DUE, 10 A.M.,1/2/04, BECAUSE IT WAS "SNOWING". TOTAL SNOWFALL,1/8'. I EXPLAINED THAT I DID CUSTOM WORK IN MY STUDIO NEXT DOOR AND HAD CLIENTS SCHEDULED, THAT MY TIME WAS LIMITED, BUT WOULD GIVE HIM NOON, THE NEXT DAY,1/3/04. WHEN HE DIDN'T SHOW, I CALLED AT 12:15 AND 12:30 P.M. NO ANSWERING MACHINE. HE CALLED AT 12:35 P.M. TO SAY HE HAD GOTTEN LOST, LEFT MY DIRECTIONS AT HOME, AND COULDN'T FIND MY STREET ON HIS MAP. I TOLD HIM HE COULD COME AT 4:30 P.M., BECAUSE I HAD CLIENTS SCHEDULED UNTIL 4:15 P.M. HE CAME AT 3:45 P.M, BROUGHT ONLY THREE SMALL SAMPLE BOOKS, ALL WITH THE WRONG COLORS AND DESIGNS,AND ANNOUNCED, DESPITE MY WORKING WITH A CLIENT, THAT HE WANTED TO LEAVE EARLY DUE TO "THE FOG COMING IN". I TOLD HIM HE HAD COME 45 MINUTES EARLY AND I WAS GOING TO FINISH WITH THIS CLIENT. AFTER COMPLAINING FOR A FEW MINUTES, HE LEFT WITHOUT WARNING.

THE GUY SEEMS A LITTLE STRANGE, BUT HE IS VERY NICE AND REALLY GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES. THEY SEEM A LITTLE SLOW BUT THEY ARE WORTH IT.
