+ 3 moreVery good. Nice guy who is hard worker and very honest. Have not had any problems with them. They have always been very accommodating to my needs and done what I've needed them to do professionally and quickly. I would definitely recommend him or hire him again.
Description of Work: Landscaping - Mowed the lawn, trimmed hedges, plant flowering shrubs and bushes, seeded and put in new sod and mulch. Weed whacked property and performed general clean up of yard. Also, cut down trees (not too large). Installed hammock.

+ 3 moreEverything has gone better than expected and I've been really impressed. I was very pleased to find out that Mr. Hallock is extremely knowledgeable & skilled in many areas of home improvement even though his background is an electrician. His prices are reasonable and he's very honest. For example, if he isn't able to do a job, he won't tell you what you want to hear just to take your money(...like some contractors I've encountered in the past). On some projects quoted by the job, he took extra time, but since I wasn't charged by the hour it didn't really matter. I can tell he takes pride in his work, so I know he wanted to make sure the work was done properly. Plus, anytime I've given him a deadline, he's always delivered on time or even ahead of time. So far, there haven't been any problems he hasn't been able to fix or answer. A+
Description of Work: I have several income properties which Mr. Hallock has done work on for me. They've generally been renovation projects and general contracting, repair & maintenance jobs. The work I've hired him to do has involved everything from re-grouting & re-tiling bathroom showers to sealing up a leaky wall & re-paneling it to installing flooring. The most recent project was a kitchen renovation in a house which included a partial bathroom reno as well.
