 + -1 moreHe has a great team of electricians, hvac, plumbers, tile, and floor guys who do quality work and it went very well. From time to time he pointed out how we could save money by doing something different than what we had asked for.
Description of Work: The $94K job was the most recent and entailed a complete gutting of an existing apartment and a rebuild from wall to wall and floor to ceiling. We started earlier on some small jobs (complete door, window replacements counter tops, etc) and we went up from there based on our experience. Since then he has done work for us down the Cape as well.
