RICHARD MAXWELL PLUMBING

Richard Maxwell's number was left to us by the previous homeowners and while he hasn't come over (yet) to do a full-on job, he has been SO helpful over the phone and probably regrets giving us his mobile number sometimes. We called during this past epic snow/wind/freeze time because our bathroom hot water just stopped cold. He talked us through making the water flow again and helped troubleshoot a pilot light that had gone out due to the crazy wind in the vent. The advice worked and we learned a lot. I know we'll have him here for a project/repair sometime, but it has been a treat to speak with him about our home when we were a bit out of our depth!

I like everything about Richard Maxwell Plumbing. I have been using him for years. He is the best thing. Previously he's replaced our water heater, put in a sink, and installed a dishwasher.

Richard is very responsive and professional. Last night, he returned my call within a couple of minutes after I left a message on his cell phone. He fit my appointment into his schedule in the morning, and even arrived early. I am going to need to replace my 45 year old toilet in the near future, even though my planned bathroom renovation is still a few months away. He gave me some good ideas as to how best to proceed, and I plan to have him install my new toilet. I recommend him without hesitation.
