Description of Work: The project is not yet complete, but so far, it is going exceptionally well. Millwork Inc Builders are highly competent, honest, fair, considerate, polite, responsive, and reliable. I am extremely impressed and would recommend them to anyone. I would hire them again; without question they are far and away the best builders/general contractor I have ever worked with.

 + 2 moreAll went well. Glenn, owner and contractor, is extremely knowledgable. I felt at ease immediately. He took care of all the details from procuring the permits onward. Glenn, himself, was on the job almost every day. His crew was courteous. They answered any questions I had and were happy to explain any details about the project. The work is excellent quality. Our new porch and exterior look as great now as they day they were finished.
Description of Work: Demolition of large enclosed porch and a deck. Porch was rebuilt. Entire stucco exterior was removed. New vinyl exterior was installed.

 + 0 moreDropped in and spoke to the president swapped car and described the siding work to be done. After a month called back then they returned my call defining in detail that they didnt have any calls nor records of my contact etc. etc. I called back explaining I had spoken to the president to which they responded we have no record. i gave up. Why couldn't they just say sorry well send someone fit over, instead of excuses? Seems to be the run of the mill contractor.

 + 0 moreMillwork Builders did an excellent job. They were very thorough in providing estimates and extremely fair and honest throughout the process. Glenn the owner is a terrific guy and all the guys that worked for him were excellent and very professional. They showed up to work on time and projects came in on budget and a few even less than planned! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Description of Work: Millwork acted as our general contractor for reshingling, new roof, miscallaneous wood work, gutter installation and house painting. Millwork did all the carpentry work and miscellaneous and then managed the roofing and painting companies.
