 + -1 moreThis provider was contracting for a resident of our small condo complex, and he caused needless problems with other residents time after time. He used intimidation and disrespect like weapons against any challenge to his personal preferences and showed no consideration for the convenience of others whatsoever. He advised his client to ignore condo association trustees (not to mention legal restrictions) and created pointless conflict. He managed to badly damage a corner of the building with his truck and ignored requests to not block resident cars. Moreover, the project he promised to complete by Thanksgiving is still dragging on in May. Avoid this guy like the plague!
Description of Work: He did interior work, installing a furnace and large appliances and refinishing.

 + -1 moreGreat, he showed up on time, got the job done, and overdelivered.
Description of Work: Michael was called to remodel my bathroom after my original tile guy did not show up. Michael was on time, he was very clean, his estimate was on target, he completed the job in the time frame he had originally quoted, he gave great advice on the colors, style, and even the product line I had chosen. He was able to show and explain why certain products were different than others in price and value even though they appeared to be the same. He covered off all my rooms to avoid a huge clean up, even when he left at the end of the day, he would take all his tools to avoid clutter in the house. I would highly recommend him on a home improvement/remodeling job.
