I requested a quote for gutter replacement from old wood gutter to metal gutters. Quote was very reasonable, work was done in a timely manner with no cost overrun from original quote. I would use them again in the future

Very nice gentleman. Very thorough and gave options to solve the problem.

In addition to the gutter repair being done expediently, it was done well. The paint job was also done well--and this included a few wood replacements on deck pillars.

Job went great, and a very good price. We bid one coat on the easy part of the job ( no ladder, ground level ), as I expected it took 2. While I was doing the 2nd coat, I was impressed they hit all the places behind our climbing plant, which I learned was hard to do. We will use them again!

They were readily available. They fixed it. They repaired work that other gutter companies did wrong. I thought they were good.

Steve was great. I had a very short timeframe and has was able to beat it. His work was high quality and price was very reasonable. I e-mailed Steve Sunday night. He called me back Monday morning and met me for an estimate a couple hours later. He came back on Thursday of that week with everything he needed, completed the work in one day and cleaned up everything.

Very well. We have had them out before. So, we called and they said the price would stay the same and that they would do it within 2 weeks. Sure enough, 2 weeks later they cleaned the gutters and left an invoice. Easy to deal with and reliable.

The guy showed up on time. Very quickly he sized up the job and said $180.00. To be safe, I asked him to see a copy of his insurance. He scrambled around in his van and finally turned up some paperwork. It was a policy that expired last year. He swore that the insurance was current, so I let it go. But I also discovered he wasn't "Jimmy" or "a son". I left for work. He had my cell phone number. When I got back home gutters seemed OK. I got the bill, which now included a $75 charge for reattaching a loose wooden gutter. He never called to warn me. A year later I found the 15-foot section of gutter with a half dozen new screws. I don't know if that warranted $75.00, maybe it was tricky? There was oil film in a puddle near the downspout after rain, so he did apply some oil somewhere. Unfortunately, other downspouts were clogged and overflowed in the next rain. Gutters don't include downspouts? (Do it myself now). The experience with them wasn't TERRIBLE; just mediocre.

I called and left a message regarding the work I wanted done and was told that Steve would call me back to set up appointment to give estimate in a few days. After more than a week, I called again and left another message. The next day, Steve called and finally set up an appointment for a couple of days later. He arrived with a helper, cleaned the gutters and reattached the gable vent. Took less than an hour. I'm satisfied. Other companies would not return my calls because they don't want to service a small job, so I was very grateful that Lazos-Jimmy and Sons for their help.

Work was done on time and as promised. The one complaint I have is that I wasn't informed about having the new wood gutter painted. Had I been told in advance, I would have asked to have this done as part of the job. Instead, by the time they were finishing the work, it was already dark, and I was left with an unpainted gutter.

Steve called me back right within a day and performed the work a few days later. He replaced a damaged downspout at no additional cost to the original estimate and followed up by advising I have the gutters primed and painted as well, and provided a very reasonable estimate for that. I plan to hire them again to do the priming and painting.

Steve offered the lowest estimate for the job and never once mentioned replacing our original wooden gutters with aluminum. He and his crew were very efficient, as the cleaning and repairs took under 2 hours. We were thrilled with the work and can't wait to have Steve back in the spring.

WHILE JOB WAS COMPLETED A FEW DAYS LATER THAN REQUESTED, THE WORK WAS TOP NOTCH. STEVE AND HIS CREW WORK VERY HARD, CLEAN UP AFTER EACH DAY, AND ATTEND TO DETAILS VERY WELL.
