It's a rare company that can exceed your expectations in today's world but Steve, Brian and Fernando certainly did that. From Steve personally coming by and giving a very reasonable quote, to Brian and Fernando being as pleasant and careful with all our stuff, they met all of our expectations and I couldn't recommend them more highly.

First to respond, lowest cost, quick pickup, polite and professional team.

After calling a big name junk removal company & put on hold a few times, was informed that they do not service my town. I went to HomeAdvisor.com and called Hollywood Junk Removal. Steve responded immediately and was at my house within a couple of hours to get the job done! Would definitely recommend.

Steve and his crew did an excellent job. They were very easy to communicate with and accommodating schedule wise. This was a cleanout and I kept adding/subtracting items based on what my relatives would be taking but Steve and crew were very understanding and flexible. They gave me the best price and could do it the next day. Then when the weather started looking bad, they contacted me and came to get them early - the same day I called. I was able to get my car in the garage before the snow came. Steve was super nice and professional. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

Professional, quick response during initial communication, easy booking a time, thorough explanation of how they price a job when I asked for a quote up front with just a list of large items-makes sense that a heavy wood nightstand from Ethan Allen would cost more to remove than a light nightstand from IKEA , price was in line with quote, arrived on time, efficient, friendly, professional.
