+ 0 moreWe felt that the quality was not quite up to our standards. Not terrible, but we felt they were cutting corners and not attending to detail in a careful way. The snowplowing irritated us because they would come when there was an inch on the ground, and it seemed like they were pushing it a little.
Description of Work: They did recurring landscape maintenance and snowplowing in the winter.

Description of Work: I left a message for this company, including where my home was located. It took them over a week to return my call. When he finally returned my call, we discussed at length what I needed and set a time for him to come to my home. When I gave my address, in a neighboring town, he then canceled, indicating that he was too busy to take work in my town. Basically, I feel he just wasted my time.

+ -1 moreALL INTERACTIONS WERE FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. THE WORK WAS ACCOMPLISHED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND CLEANUP WAS EXCELLENT.
Description of Work: THEY REDESIGNED AND REPLACED FRONT AND SIDE YARD SHRUBS.
