 + -1 moreWe were quite happy with the work. It looks terrific. Cesar took care to make sure that things looked right, and he was very responsive to our input. The job started a little later than he originally estimated due to the weather affecting his schedule, I think that is understandable. His price was a bit lower than other bids we got. We would definitely use him again.
Description of Work: Re-stained the exterior of our house and deck, re-painted trim, and so forth.

 + -1 moreI highly recommend Cesar. He and his small crew were very professional, pleasant, and most important of all, did an excellent job on our house. We were also impressed by the fact that if Cesar wasn't personally taking part in the painting on a particular day, he always came by at the end of the day to inspect his crew's work.
Description of Work: Cesar painted the exterior of our small single family, including all trim and replacing rotting clapboards as needed.
