 + -1 moreNowhere. Promised a proposal within few days, then "on Sunday", then no response whatsover. If for whatever reason the contractor does not want the job, he should simply say "I am not able to provide a proposal after all". Why these people can't extend such a simple courtesy and burn bridges instead I don't understand.
Description of Work: Painting exterior trim of the house, with the option of painting the entire house.
