chimney sweep, chimney caps, chimney repair
+ 1 moreThis company was excellent. I received an estimate from another company that wanted to reline my chimney. They supplied an estimate of $5500. I asked CPM to suppply an estimate. The owner Chris said he didn't believe all of the work estimated by the other company was necessary. He said he would know for sure once the cap was removed. He supplied two prices to me, one for the work he actually performed and the second for the worst case scenario. This quote was $2500 lower than the other quote I received. I gave the job to him and when he removed the cap, he said the flues, which had become detached, could be reattached versus having to install liners. I was very impressed with his honesty and the work performed.
Description of Work: Provider repaired the chimney flues, replaced the chimney cap, re-pointed some areas on the chimney and cleaned the flues.
