The company owner visited my property and completed his inspection within about 90 minutes of my Home Advisor inquiry. That's EXCEPTIONAL! Work was scheduled for the following Monday and, as promised, completed that same day. The company technicians were outstanding in every way: thorough, professional, courteous, flexible and knowledgeable. This organization earns every 5 star rating it gets.

The did a great job, got it done quickly, and were very responsive.

What all should know is that I called a few folks that do this work since it was an emergency and Birch Hill Solutions was VERY responsive and acted in a way nobody would expect unless you had worked with them before and I had not. As a brand new customer I got at return call "I'm on my way" @ ~5AM. Who does this? Birch Hill Critter Solutions did that and came and got rid of the bat that had got in the house. Cost is what it is, would pay the same or more with others but the service was simply OUTSTANDING.

Price was way too much for the results that I received

Very easy to work with and had a lot of knowledge. Fair pricing and wasn't looking to add services. Understood our cost concerns. Gave additional ideas on things we could do ourselves and also did some work for us. Closed up potential openings on the outside of our house. Would call them again. Also followed up with a call as well.

I had a bad smell in my garage and Bob was in the area and came to check out my problem within the hour! Fastest service ever. Couldn t find the dead animal and he thought the animal was inside the wall. Price was very reasonable.

Workmen arrived on time (early) and worked efficiently. Professional manner. Sealed house against bats and installed roof peak protection and provided way for existing bats to get out. They will come back in August to remove that exit. Very fortunate to have found them.

Bob and sons were very responsive to both our critter issue and assisting us by providing dumpster to clean out years if attic and basement clutter. I would recommend and hire them again if needed.
