I called at night, they were there early next morning. So polite, assessed the situation and explained what needed to be done. I have a skunk under my mobile home. There were 3 places the skunk could go in. The secured one entrance, and baited 2 traps. They will be coming back everyday for 10 days. After the skunk is caught they will secure the other 2 entrances after they church under my home that everything is clear. Wonderful people to work, family business, which I prefer over a big company. They careâ ¦.

Bob and Ben at Birch Hill Critter Solutions are great. Bob called me immediately after I put in my Angi request to set up an appointment. He and Ben were at my house the next day for an evaluation and then the following day to install several traps inside and out and patch the areas of my foundation where the rodents were coming in. They've been here weekly since the install checking and re-baiting traps and removing any rodent carcasses. They went above and beyond fixing a hole in one of my back porch doors a couple weeks in to the job that I discovered as well, which was greatly appreciated. I'm very impressed with Bob and his team and would definitely recommend their services if you have any critter issues.

Robert came in and immediately saw the problem which was flying squirrels and bats. He took care of the problem in three days and it’s coming back in two weeks to make sure everything is still secure and the critters have not returned.

Bob and his men came in, clean out the dead and live mice under our three season porch. They were timely, professional, neat and extremely thorough in their work. This was a very messy and smelly job. They clean out absolutely everything including the insulation and chicken wiring, bagged it and hauled it away. Total professionals, kind, caring and very knowledgeable about the critter control infestation. I cannot recommend this company enough! I would use them again and again! I spoke with Bob and he came over when he said he would. He came over, looked at the house, pointed out possible problem areas and made recommendations to strengthen the area and gave me a quote. They showed up on time to do the work, the team was very professional and polite and let us know when they were done. It could not have good any smoother. I I realize that there is the rating system but the biggest rating I could give them is that I would hire them again with no second thoughts. I would recommend them to family and friends.

They came right out a day earlier than scheduled, removed the 4 dead flyer squirrels via hanging trap & I no longer hear scratching in my wall. They closed the chewed entrance hole below my roof peak and sealed other possible entrance cracks for bats. They were courteous.

They came out next day and was Able to start right away putting in 1-way doors so bats could get but couldn't get back in.. Which was very helpful as a bat had gotten into the house. They are coming back in 2 wks to seal up chimney and I'll be Able to tell more then if no more problems with bats.

Bob was very responsive and customer focused. He thoroughly inspected my house inside and out, explained problem areas and proposed solutions well. Presented his estimate before leaving. I have not had them do the work yet, but the assessment and recommendation process was very well done.

Hired them a year ago to remove a squirrels from attic space thought it was overpriced then but paid, almost a year later have another problem with squirrels. It was supposed to have a year guarantee got them to come out 2 days later said the place where the squirrels are getting in is not there fault, it was something new total job was going to cost 1880 to have it fixed. I said that was to expensive, still charged me 125 for taking 5 minutes to look at the problem. I know people have to make a living but almost 2 thousand to patch a hole and set a few traps come on, plus just dealing with the owner is difficult.

These fellows were very thorough in their work. They carefully sought out and filled any openings in the stone foundation that rodents could use to enter. They also set many traps in the cellar and under the kitchen sink. As a bonus, we award them the "Family Dog Seal of Approval"!
