Bob was extremely professional respectful and responsive at all times including the middle of the night when I discovered a bat issue in my home. He was there first thing in the am and always answers follow up texts and calls regarding the work they did . Part 2 of the project will be done in May and I will be writing a follow up review as well.

Bobâ s response to my inquiry was immediate and he was here the next day. His explanation of my problem was surprising and made sense of why I had no success in the past. He diagnosed flying squirrels and directed his attention (and mine) to the roof. His team arrived promptly and spent several hours plugging all entryways. No poison was used. So far so good...and I have every expectation of success after 2 years of dismal failure and expense. I would recommend this company to anyone having pest problems.

Later that same day, Bob's son, Bob, and Tom came and prepped our house to rid it of the bats. Then 3 days later (on the weekend) they came and finished our project. I couldn t say enough about Bob and his team. Bob called me within minutes of my request on HomeAdvisor. He offered to come out within two hours and when he did he spent several hours with me examining everything I needed to deal with my squirrel infestation. He found a huge issue with mice I didn t even know about and also bats in my attic. Although it was a big cost to deal with all of these problems, he was very flexible with me with what I needed done and what He could do to help. he even offered to properly vent my bathroom ceiling fan for free before they replace the insulation in the attic. His son and the other members of the team were all very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. They showed me everything I needed to fix and what I could do in the future to prevent this from happening. Being a new homeowner, I m always wary of people over charging and being told wrong information. So far Bob has been very available when I have needed to text or call him to ask him questions and he spends extra time making sure I understand everything. Although I m aware it s a busy time of year for this business, they took care of my problem immediately, And even came early on a day that they knew I had to leave for work. I truly appreciate the expertise and the hard work shown by the team! Highly recommend!

Great company

I called Bob on a Sunday morning because of a squirrel trapped in my fireplace. Given it was the weekend I wasn't very hopeful but Bob had one of his staff out to my house within 2 hours. Frank was courteous, persistent and determined to catch that squirrel and after a few initial attempts came up with a solution that worked! I was also very pleased with his respect for the animal's well being. Frank took the squirrel with him to return him to wild - where he belonged! I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Birch Hill today and would highly recommend them to any consumer in need of a similar service. Many, many thanks for a job well done.

Bob was at our house within an hour. He performed a thorough inspection, even clearing away snow on the ground so I could stand and see the squirrel entrance. He and his son are knowledgable, explaining every move they make. Our traps, inside and out are checked daily. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Called Sunday midday and within the hour the squirrels were gone. Bob's son was excellent in catching the 2 squirrels very quickly. Bob is also doing an inspection on my house to see how they got in. I would only call Bob and his son moving forward. Very nice man.

Immediate response, came out that same day to inspect, showed up 2 days later to do the job. A great family run business. Very clear explanation of the problem and the best solution. After 30 years of bats in my barn and critters in my attic I now have clean spaces, new insulation and all possible entryways sealed off. Very happy with the work - Highly recommend!
