My phone call was answered within an hour and the appointment for inspection was scheduled for the next day. Everything was explained to me. The work was scheduled to be done within 5 days -pending weather. Two gentlemen showed up on time, did the work, cleaned up, and everything seems to be fine. So far I have not seen a mouse and neither has the cat! Cold weather may be the ultimate test. I would definitely recommend Birch Hill.

They were friendly, explained what they were doing and went right to work I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future should I need to.

Bob was intensely honest. At initial inspection he identified the pests in the ceiling as mice (not the chipmunks I thought) and made recommendations as to how we can control them ourselves rather than spending more money on his services. We are very pleased.

Bob and his crew are quick to respond and get to work right away. They walked us through what needed to done. The estimate he quoted was what we paid. They cleaned up the areas where they were working before they left. I would highly recommend Birch Hill.

I highly recommend Bob and his team. We heard rodents in our ceiling and called Bob on the Friday before a long weekend. He came to our house that day and diagnosed our problem (flying squirrels). The next day his team showed up and worked on getting rid of the squirrels. They checked back with us frequently for two weeks at which time our issues were resolved. Outstanding work at a very fair price. We could not have asked for better and faster customer service. You can't go wrong with Bob and his team.

I had a raccoon in my chimney. Bob reached out within minutes of me putting in a request on Home Advisor. Bob and his team came on the schedule day and set up a trap. The trap worked great as we caught the raccoon the same night and they came the very next day to come get rid of it. I'll reach out to Bob for any future critter issues.

I had a family of red squirrels move into the space between my garage ceiling and floor of my den. Bob replied to my inquiry quickly, got to my house promptly, and set up an effective trapping system to get rid of them. All in all, he took 4 red squirrels out of my house and repaired the damage they caused, and sealed up holes they were using. Bob and his team were reachable 24 hours a day and very good at communicating with me when I saw a squirrel or noted that one was trapped. I would definitely use them again.

Bob was extremely responsive and came out the same day!! Impressive. He was personal yet professional. He did a complete evaluation of my issue and made some great suggestions that really helped me out. Having squirrels running inside my walls was driving me and my 3 cats crazy. What Bob couldn't immediately fix, his crew came back and finished. We are just waiting for the traps to do their work and soon, NO MORE SQUIRRELS. My brother-in-law is a general contractor and he said he was a great choice and even when I contacted other companies, no one could meet his schedule or his ability to mitigate the issue. Plus being a former contractor, he understands how animals can move around your house. Therefore, he can adjust his treatment to the house style. You can't buy that type of experience. Thank you Bob. I was very Bob called me within about 20 minutes of my sending the request. He came to my house the following day and assessed my squirrel problem, ,looking at all areas of my house. He made recommendations and wrote a quote immediately. I paid him for the job and he installed traps that night, hoping to capture the squirrels. As he expected, there were 6 squirrels in it the following morning. I called him before I left for work and he had someone out here to take care of them that day. They left the traps in place and were able to catch the one lone squirrel who has not been inside that day. He came out the following morning and removed all the traps as well as repaired some interior damage they had done. Bob was very personable and professional. Never expected to get such prompt and courteous service for my problem. Deserves higher than a 5!! Called Wed night and squirrels all gone by Saturday so house is quiet again.
