 + -1 moreTerrible. Jack talks a good game but provides little customer service when he makes a mistake. He broke the hinge of my BOSCH oven door and did not bother to fix it. But rather said he was unable to contact a part repair company for the hinge. And then stopped communicating. Terrible customer service. He talks a good game but is terrible service provider. I would not use him again. He also over estimates his prices. He said his going rate is $35 per hour but he routinely gave me estimates that were 15%-50% higher. No good business sense.
Description of Work: 1. Painted my upstairs hallway 2. Painted trims of the three bedroom doors 3. Broke the hinge of my oven door
