Description of Work: They were great. We had some issues during the move that the office handled amazingly well and made them no longer issues. A few things were mishandled and got broken, these guys made it right, no questions asked. So, while there were some mishaps they were handled right with the customer's satisfaction being the only goal.

Description of Work: Two Men and a Truck completed an interstate move for us over two days. They used two different crews (loading and unloading) with a common crew supervisor. Both crews were great- arrived on time, efficient, and careful with our belongings. We had very little minor damage to our furniture, and no issues with our self-packed boxes. We conveyed our worries about damage to our more expensive furniture (which was also quite heavy) to the office and the crew supervisor, and the supervisor worked well with his crew to make sure the items were well wrapped and moved up and down stairs with extra caution. This was our first experience with professional movers and I would use this company again.

Description of Work: Moved me from Boston area to North Carolina. They used a dedicated truck. Loaded Saturday, delivered on Monday. Great job packing. No damage except for a small gauge in the floor which they addressed and had repaired. I liked that their quote was firm, unlike other carriers that I had contacted that told me it could increase depending on the weight of the shipment, and could not tell me if I would get a truck just for me. Many load at your home, unload somewhere, and combine 2 or more households onto one truck. Two men does not. They were also several thousand dollars less than most. Would use them again if I needed to

Description of Work: Did not explain insurance coverage very well and damaged just about every piece of furniture in the move. Responsive to settling damage but sorry we chose them in the end. Initial estimate was half what actual bill was. |
