+ -1 moreThey returned the call in 1/2 a day and were very professional. We discussed the job and they were ready to come out and give an estimate even for this small a job. I only used someone else because they came even sooner.
Description of Work: I called because I had punctured a pipe in my irrigation system and needed it fixed fast as it was holding up my walkway project. So I was asking for a pipe and electrical wires to be cut and repaired as they were damaged, and SOON.

+ -1 moreI called to set up an appointment and got a date a couple of weeks in the future. The day came and since it was pouring rain, I was asked if it would be okay to come the next day, which was fine with me. Then the service described above was performed.
Description of Work: He repaired a section of irrigation line that I accidentally cut through, added a couple of elbows in the line to route it around a shrub I was planting and dug up and capped off a head that I happened to have placed our new compost bin directly over (I didn't need that sprinkler head any more because I had replaced that section of lawn with the vegetable garden). He got the system opened up and properly set for the year, and went through the operation of the system with me.

+ -1 moreTerRain Irrigation installed the yard sprinkler system at our house for the previous owners, and they service it twice a year for us (spring opening & winter closing). They usually email a week or two ahead of time to let us know they'll be in our area, and then just show up & do the service while we're at work. The price for semi-annual services has gone up over the recent years from about $70 to now $85, and it seems steep for relatively little effort. But they do at least communicate proactively & do the work when promised.
Description of Work: Winterizing/close-off of lawn irrigation system.
