I had a pipe that burst and called Super Service and could not have been more pleased. The technician, Roy, was amazing. He called as he was on his way, walked me through finding the shut off valve so at least I was able to shut the water off until he arrived. He had the pipe fixed within an hour. Highly highly recommend.

My recent experience with their boiler service was nothing short of a nightmare and put my familyâ s safety at serious risk. This review will detail the numerous issues and unsafe practices I encountered to help potential customers make an informed decision. In January 2024, I hired Super Service Today Inc. to perform maintenance on my boiler. What should have been a routine service quickly turned into a disaster. The following issues illustrate their negligence and lack of professionalism: 1. Improper Installation and Negligence: Taco Pump Installation: The Taco Pump was installed incorrectly, leading to potential malfunction. This kind of mistake shows a clear lack of expertise and attention to detail. Water Filtration System: The system was left on bypass, rendering it completely ineffective. This oversight meant that the water filtration system, which is crucial for maintaining clean and safe water, was not functioning as intended. Leaking Gas Supply Nut: I found the gas supply nut dangerously leaking and had to tighten it myself to prevent a potential gas leak. This is a fundamental safety hazard that should never occur in professional boiler servicing. 2. Severe Safety Hazards: Ignition Fault: There was a missing gasket on the electrodes, causing an ignition fault and risking further damage to the system. Such a critical component being improperly installed raises serious questions about the competency of the technicians. Venturi Valve and Blower Assembly Gasket: Both were found dirty and leaking, indicating poor and dangerous combustion practices. These components are essential for safe and efficient boiler operation, and their condition reflects gross negligence. Combustion Readings: The readings were alarmingly off-target, showing O2 at 8.6%, CO2 at 6.94%, and CO at 55ppm. Proper levels should be much closer to 4.9% O2 and 9.0% CO2. These incorrect settings suggest hazardous inefficiencies and the potential for carbon monoxide poisoning, a silent and potentially deadly risk. Despite numerous attempts to resolve these issues, including detailed emails and a face-to-face meeting with their representative, Kevin, Super Service Today Inc. failed to address the problems adequately. I demanded a full refund of $7,000â the amount paid for their faulty serviceâ but my requests have been ignored. Their customer service has been unresponsive and dismissive of the serious concerns raised. The lack of professionalism and attention to safety by Super Service Today Inc. is unacceptable. The improper boiler servicing could have led to fatal carbon monoxide poisoning, endangering my family's lives. Such negligence is not only a breach of contract but also a blatant disregard for the safety and well-being of their customers. I have documented all interactions, invoices, and findings from an independent evaluation conducted by 128 Home Services, which confirmed the dangerous conditions left by Super Service Today Inc. This independent review highlighted the severe risks and pointed out the multiple areas where Super Service Today Inc. failed to perform their duties correctly. We had a clogged drain, left with no toilet. Called Super Service and were told not to worry, we will take care of your urgent callâ . In ten minutes we received a call from a technician. From first call to cleaning up when the work finished it was easy. Ervish and August came to my house in a clean new van. They were respectful, honest and went right to work. If you need the work they doâ ¦ hire them.

Very deceiving company. The tech spent over 20 minutes in his device just to provide an estimate. The entire work consisted of tightening a bolt. It would ve taken 5 minutes. That what it took me to repair it myself after the tech came out with a ridiculous quote of $400. They charge you $59 to give you a ridiculously high quote. If you accept it the ripoff quote thats what the want. If not you loose the $59. Its a very cunning method to rippoff their needy clients Avoid them.

Only plumber wiling to fix a single valve. Showed up on time and did excellent work. Nice and professional guy. Would use again. Little expensive but problem solved.
