They came when they said they would and completed the job in even less time than they thought they would. It was a pricey job but that wasn't their fault. They cleaned up afterward and all of the men were friendly and happy to answer all of my questions.

Misunderstanding about expenses they said when they came they would give me an estimate and then when I said the Fossett was leaking he just fix the faucet and he had other things that needed done and they wanted to charge a lot more for it and also said they should do a diagnostic I do not know what the initial visit was for I thought they were going to tell me how much it was dead so almost $1800 for two Fossetts seems a bit pricey a lot of misunderstanding but they did follow through and fix it it just cost a lot and when they said I could get it done for less but I picked out the Fossett said they would be guaranteed I did not want to do that and I was so tired with illness in the family that I did not wanna pursue another Plumber should have looked into others but was just too tired at least the Fossetts work now and I am almost out $2000.

The tub faucet stem was broken off. I called them on Monday and set an appointment for Friday. They canceled on Friday and rescheduled for Tuesday. The man came out and fixed the stem. Which I supplied. Total time he charged 1.5 hrs. Total time on job a half hour. Total cost $450. That is $300 per hour.

Good company, efficient, timely, made sure everything was to my liking, I would surely recommend this company.

They were very fast and knowledgeable, they did a great job and the new sink looks great.

He did a great job replacing a toilet flapper, but it was much too expensive at $400. I wish I had found one that fit my toilet.

They fixed a major problem with the sewer drain pipe

Super Service (SS) did not accurately identify my leak. Shortly after their failed service, the kitchen sink leaked into neighbors unit, and I was responsible to pay for damages to neighbor ceiling. SS would not provide a full refund for work they improperly performed. SS offered me $75 refund for approximate $360 they charged me for its failed service call. SS required me to sign what they call a refund form which was a legal release grossly in favor of SS. The release prohibits bad reviews online. I think SS is dishonest, so I did not sign the release and am I letting other homeowners know they should not trust this company.

The serviceman did a great job from start (looking over projects, quoted estimate, clean-up and a true professional that really knew what he was doing - no wasted time) to finish.

Quick to respond, good quote, work was done well and cleanup was very good. Now just waiting for some seed...work was done in the winter. Overall very good job and group of staff. Need a lead line replaced I would highly recommend them. Kevin R.

They came and did the work that was necessary. It was an emergency situation where the internal sewer pipe had cracked creating an unhealthy environment for everyone in the residence.

I had a problem after the original repair and when I called they sent out a technician immediatley and fixed the problem

They did a terrific job and especially the plumber Travis he was accommodating to ligh, polite, professional and understanding. He would be the individual I would want to deal with in the future!

I wish that I could remember the guy's name that came, he was the BEST!
