Had faucet issue need to replace faucet in kitchen. According to the co. I had to prepay on my credit card 494.63 before they would come to assess the issue. Plummer came and checked for issue, needed just a new faucet. He returned next morning and installed a delta faucet. Faucet not quoted but sells at a famous home appliance store for $109. He said I could get the faucet, and he would install it for, or he would pick it up at F.W. Webb. Told him he could pick it up figuring it would be cheaper Had to sign on his table job was done. When I got the bill it was for almost $1000 the material stated a Kohler which was not installed. They billed me again 494.63 on credit card which was more than the job Called the company and a service answered in the middle of the day. Someone called back and said the job was $1000! DO NOT use this company

**update on my previous review** The owner Tim called me to resolve the issue with my experience. Situation is resolved, however if a price is quoted sounds really off, best thing to do is call the office before having the work done. Very responsive....but way too expensive! They changed the internal unit in my toilet and also the shut off valve...cost $800.00 come to find out I should have been charged $300 max. Was also quoted $800.00 to repair a broken spigot for an outside garden hose. I had another plumber come for $300.00.

They came on short notice for a large job. The workmanship and quality of the repair were excellent, and it was completed quickly.

I needed my garbage disposal fixed and new faucet installed before I rent out my condo on 5/15. The plumber that came to my house was very nice. Apparently they look at what needs to be fixed and then call you with a price. This company wanted me to pay over $1500 to replace my garbage disposal and almost $400 to install a faucet that I already purchased. I said you have to be kidding me. He went out to his truck and next thing I received a call from Tim the owner. He originally tried to come off as nice but quickly changed. He then came up with new pricing because they did not know I was through Home Advisor. $150 to snake the drain. I said ok. As soon as the plumber started he realized the issue was a corroded metal piece. Why was this not seen from the beginning? So I am out $58 for the service call and hired another plumber for $350 total for both items. I did not even mention the owner on the phone that misplaced one of my recorded phone calls and basically called me a liar when I said I called them back the same day. He first refused to allow any work to be done at my house and when I said that I better not be charged for him coming out he denied saying he was not going to allow any work to be done at my house.

my problem was not enough hot water, they replaced the tank-less water heater system. They no showed for an appointment, The hot water issue was not fixed and when I called (four times) for a quote for a water tank to be installed. they have never responded.

We had an urgent issue and they came the same day I called. They resolved the problem and returned another day to check and make sure the system was functioning properly. Very pleasant and professional.

It cost more than I expected but it was excellent work and very fast. They had all the parts or got them very fast and have a good attitude. It took them less time to complete than I expected, too. They also have a customer fast service club you can join to get priority .

Efficient, honest, expensive, however you get what you pay for.

There was a delay in getting some promised pictures, but I called the office, and they responded immediately.

the guys were great! Knew what they were doing and didn't pressure me into anything... but the pricing even for the cheapest option was out of the world crazy high

The Super Service is very expensive. The travel fee alone is $58. I think they done the job to repair and replace but the price is so high than what I expected.

The plumber worked through some very hot weather. Excellent job.

Everyone I spoke to or met with were very nice and they did a great job with the work
