They explained what was needed to be done and did a great job completing the work. Very friendly and professional.

Excellent work, completed within 24 hours of our request, but expensive. Home advisor estimated this would cost less than $200, but they charged $350. They wouldn't provide a cost estimate over the phone, and only said there is a $58 charge for them to come out and provide a quote, this money is then applied to the work if you choose to proceed. Their team of 2 arrived ahead of schedule (with permission), spent 30 min coming up with the quote, then another 30 min doing the work using the parts we'd already purchased. I'm very pleased with the speediness, quality of the work performed, and professionalism of the crew that came to our house, but just wish I was provided with an estimate of the cost before they arrived so that I could have made a better informed decision as to whether to pay them the premium price today, or wait for home advisor's other cheaper options the next day.

My experience with this company was very good. The price seemed a bit high but I am not sure what the cost of the work I had preformed should have cost. With that said, overall I was very satisfied with the finished work. The repair team should up on time and was ready to work. Once they started working the team didn't stop working until the job was complete. The repair team was easy to communicate with and was eager to complete the job. After the job was finished they cleaned up and removed all the old plumbing material and cleaned the work area. The work was inspected the next day in a timely manner, and any follow work that was required was completed as well. I would use this company again and would highly recommend them to family and friends. Good job Super Service Today Plumbing Co.

The price seemed high but it's hard to tell since virtually no one gives free estimates anymore. Everyone seems to charge a service fee just for coming to your house.

The quality of work was good. The price was high. I called for a senior discount and no call back. I called again today... still no callback... I guess they do not care about seniors. But someday they will be there!!! UPGRADE 11/19/2019 They called me back today but I'm looking for the at least 10% discount.

They told me they would wave the 58 dollar initial visit but they sent me an invoice after job is done for this 58 dollar initial visit.

Excellent careful work and discussion of what is going to happen, the implications and the choices re: level of repair via price. I really appreciated his attention to my concerns, my need to understand the issues and the fact that he came the same day!! - and will return quickly for additional agreed follow up and more extensive repair that requires agreement of condominium management response and that was discovered while doing the initial repair.

Way too expensive. 900.00 is crazy money.
