Absolutely loved Monique! Extremely professional, yet easy to talk to. Monique was prompt, and very flexible. She finished installing pleated shades that were just about impossible for anyone else to do. She also gave us plenty of information and ideas for decorating the rest of the house. I highly recommend Serenity, with Monique, and will be calling her for future projects!

Monique wasn't able to completely fix my shade, but she took the time to investigate the issue and returned the shade to me in better shape than I left it. She also charged a reduced price because she wasn't sure her fix would be permanent.

I had a thorny problem with a 20 ft drapery rod badly damaged when my plate glass windows were replaced. Monique knows her stuff - she not only repaired the rod, but rehung the massive draperies single-handed replacing missing and broken pieces as she worked. And she went out of her way to meet my tight time frame, and her fee was more than fair. (Nice person too!)

We brought Monique from Serenity Designs, to fix some blinds in our home that we just purchased. And she did a great job. They came out and took care of everything we needed, and did it very well. On time, on target. As far as the prices go, professional demeanor was excellent. I highly, highly recommend her.
