Fabulous! They have gone above and beyond to keep their showroom open even after closing to help us pick out different material. Very friendly yet professional, really giving me all of the options that they had instead of making purchasing decisions for me! Had tried a couple of businesses before this one and it was a night and day difference. Would highly recommend!

Peter, Julie and their coworkers were all helpful, polite, knowledgeable professionals. Their installers were also skilled, hard working nice guys. I had one small problem that needed to be fixed so I called them a couple weeks after installation, and they came back to fix it immediately. My counters look great and I would not hesitate to use them again!

Our experience with RSK went very well from the very beginning to the very end. My husband and I have never had granite counter tops before, so we went into this knowing very little. From the first day I entered RSK, (they have a very nice showroom, and are a smaller, family-owned business), I was met by "Julie", who took me under her wings, and started to give me an education on granite vs. quartz products. She took the time to show me the different grades of granite, which were displayed on their wall, and also brought up the websites of different granite manufacturers, which they do business with, to show me some examples of their granite colors and designs. I viewed all of these samples on their big screened monitor. It was very helpful. She also wrote down other websites for me to take home, so that I could view these at my leisure...I felt absolutely no pressure at all to do business with them...they wanted us to take our time, ask as many questions as we wanted, and when we felt ready, she advised us to start going out to the various granite companies to look at all of the slabs in person. When we saw a few that we liked, we would call her, and she would contact the company for a price, and then RSK would write up an estimate for the granite and the installation. We also had a coupon from RSK that gave us a 5% discount, and included a free stainless steel deep sink. Their installers came to our home, (very friendly and nice), and installed our granite - they did a fantastic job, and cleaned up after themselves as well. We love our granite! All the people at RSK couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We highly recommend them.
