Richard was punctual to our initial appointment, very straight-forward and professional. The estimate and actual charge was based on time and materials and not just some random number like many estimates seem to be. He informed us what the risks were and what the charges (time) would be if things took longer/shorter. He suggested adding a dimmer to our son's room to easily check up on him at night without waking -- turned out to be a great idea. His estimate was half that of the other one we received for this work and we are extremely pleased with the results. Should we have any electrical work going forward, we will be using him.

It took a couple of weeks to get an appointment set up (Rich was very busy at the time), but the work was excellent and he was very professional. He has worked for us a couple of times and I would definitely hire him again.

Richard offered suggestions about the best and most cost effective way of satisfying my lighting needs. I almost spent a lot more money on recessed lights but his comments made me realize that it wasn't the best choice for my situation. After helping me decide what exactly I wanted to do, the work was performed promptly without any problems.

Richard is very professional and courteous. When he came and gave the estimate, he explained the many options we had and places to go to buy light fixtures. He went over in details what he was going to do and he gave a quote right away. It was the most reasonable quote we heard, after 6 other quotes. I got Richard's name from Angies List. I am very glad, I did. On the day of the actual job, he was great. He did a wonderful job and he cleaned up after himself. I don't remember him taking any breaks at all. He is a very hard worker and a perfectionist, as well. When one of the fans sounded a little too noisy, he took it all apart and put it back again and made sure it was working properly. He is friendly and easy to talk to. Overall, I will definitely call Richard again and will recommend him to all I know that needs electrical work.

Richard helped out greatly by explaining which of the items identified during the inspection were necessary to meet code and which requests were frivolous. The inspector agreed with his assessment in the end and we only made the repairs that were truly required. He showed up on time, worked quickly and made the whole experience easy.

Richard did excellent work at a reasonable price. He made one mistake when he accidentally cut through a number of cable and data communication lines in one wall while installing a new outlet. He repaired these though, and as far as I can tell, no permanent damage was done, though he did charge for the time it took to fix this mishap.

Rich is courteous and prompt. He scheduled my jobs in advance and was right on time. He left the area neat and clean.

Richard arrived right on time and began work promptly. He bills hourly, so it was reassuring to see him perform the tasks quickly and efficiently, while paying attention to details. After one of the jacks was mounted crooked, he noticed and fixed it without me having to nag him about it. He estimated the total work to require 4-5 hours, but his actual work time was 3 hours. I will definitely give Rich a call again for my future electrical needs.

The lights look great and haven't budged.

Richard is a life saver. He did two incredible jobs for us. Richard arrived on time, went right to work and did an excellent job. For any electrical work I may need in the future, Richard will be the first and only call I'll make.

Promptly returned my calls and completed the work for a reasonable price.

After some prodding, came to house to look at what needed to be done so that an estimate could be put together. Never received estimate. Could have had another person complete the work while playing telephone tag for an estimate that never arrived.

It was a small job, but Rich treated me like I was spending a million bucks. I had some questions about other electrical things in my home and he was more than happy to answer them as well as do the work described above. He arrived on time and was very efficient with his time. I couldn't believe how much he got done in an hour and a half.

Richard was professional, prompt, and very pleasant to work with. We will use him again as jobs crop up.

He always returned calls promptly, and was very efficient, and helpful. We had no problems with him and all work was performed correctly. He reviewed everything with us before performing any work and checked in to make sure we hadn't changed our minds about light switch placement, etc.

RICH CASEY WAS TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL AND RELIABLE. HE GOT EVERYTHING DONE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, AND DID A GREAT JOB. HE WAS ALSO VERY HONEST WITH ME REGARDING THE VARIOUS OPTIONS OF HOW TO DO THE JOB. THIS SAVED ME MONEY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
