Prime Moving and Delivery

My experience with Prime Home Delivery (Phd) was 100% positive. (1) Scheduling: When I couldn't accept their original delivery date, they called me back the next day with another date that worked. (2) On-time Delivery: they contacted me 3 days before the scheduled delivery with a 3-hour window for their expected arrival, 10AM-1PM. On the day of, they called me at 10:20 saying they were 10 minutes away. They arrived 10 minutes later. (3) Delivery Performance: When I scheduled the delivery, the only option was for delivery to just inside the front door of the building. The item came in 4 large boxes, one of which was huge and very heavy (100+ lbs). Without me asking, they offered to bring the boxes upstairs into my apartment. The extra large box was so big it didn't fit into the service elevator. Getting it upstairs required a separate trip, taking it through a side entrance and up the main elevators. They did it even though I only paid for front door delivery, and even though the building employee was giving them a hard time. I gave both delivery guys a nice tip for going above and beyond. (4) Shipping damage: All four boxes were in good shape when they arrived.

I have had to move several times in the past, this move was the smoothest one ever .Mike and his crew were caring and gentle with all my belongings.I will be recommending Prime Moving to my friends.Prime was the only company that answered the phone in person , Mike give me a fair honest price and was very flexible with my moving date (very short notice). This team is phenomenal! They not only made our move fun, but kept us energized to keep going! Mike, Artie and Kenny were all nothing short of kind, courteous, hard working and FUN! Not to mention they flow extremely well as a team - everything was seamless! The price was definitely right! Try this team FIRST - you won’t regret it! Prime was excellent: both in performing the move and in being honest and flexible on the price. Best movers I have ever used and would definitely use again. Michael, the owner, has a passion for doing things right and it showed in every part of the transaction.

The movers with Prime Delivery were the definition of perfection! As everyone knows, moving is one of the most stressful things in life. Emotionally and physically draining, to say the least. As a single woman, I didn’t know where to start. Researching different moving companies in the area and making phone calls was its own barrel of nerves. Once I spoke with Prime, I knew I didn’t have to look any further. The man who took my booking was so nice and gave me a great price! When moving day came, I was greeted with the most professional, kind and friendly workers. They could sense my stress and assured me (throughout the day) not to worry - they would take care of everything. Which they did, and then some! My brand new (expensive) refrigerator was being delivered and installed on moving day from Best Buy. The Best Buy workers and Prime workers tried desperately to get it up to the second floor. But with the old bones of this house, there was no way it was happening. Luckily, I had a back up fridge and a place to store the new one. The following week, I was having new windows installed. One of Prime’s workers suggested they could pull the fridge through the window. I was thrilled to have a solution to this very annoying problem! One week later, Prime showed up - hauled my very heavy fridge through my window. This company went above and beyond for me and I will be forever grateful. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to move! Thank you Prime!

I have hired this company for both residential and commercial moves. The moves were both easily scheduled and very efficient. I have always been impressed with the organization and willingness to work with the customer.The movers are flexible and helpful and never make you feel rushed. They offer to help in anyway they can, even a tissue for tears! The owner and scheduling team I also found to be very accommodating. They were flexible and helped to alleviate the stress of moving. I would recommend their services as they are trustworthy and well worth the price!
