+ -1 moreJohn was excellent. Arrived 1/2 hour early, very pleasant, was excellent in doing his job and knew what he was doing. Its very hard to find a good plumber, but no need to look further, he will get the job done. I have a few more projects and you can be sure I'll be using John again.

Description of Work: I found a strong recommendation for John on my Cambridge neighborhood list serve and decided to call. Within 2 minutes of John arriving (on time) I could tell that he was an extremely knowledgeable plumber. He went above and beyond and really took the time to explain what was going on with the plumbing in our very old house – even though he was aware that we would not be able to go forward with most of the work for some time he continued to educate us. He gave us practical suggestions of how to move forward on our budget. I feel confident that John knows his stuff and am planning to move forward with many of the projects. I believe that the company name says it all “Premier Plumbing” is just that!! Thank you John …. I finally found someone I feel like I can trust.

+ 0 moreAll went perfectly! After having zero luck with Homeadvisor who couldn't get me a plumber for 4 days I used Angie's list to find Premier. John answered the phone straight away even tho it was 7pm on a Friday night (before Christmas Eve), and came over within the hour on his day off. He assessed the problem then went home to get parts and came back to fix the boiler the same night! 100% satisfied - great service and very quick. Would recommended to everyone! I have heat!!

When I call premier pluming, I was told he would be there within the hour. They came and my heat was repaired. My heat was on and I still had not heard from any of the other company's

Description of Work: When I got home I quickly realized I had not heat. I quickly called premier plumbing and heating out of Wilmington ma. In less than an hour John was at my house and the heat was back on and working properly. I could not have been happier with how fast he got here and how quick and fix the problem.
