Brad is one of the person who really takes pride in his work, company and ensures the customer is happy. I called the company to know if they could have a look at my current home security system and provide me home monitoring services as I did not want to go with big companies like ADT. Jeff, came over and took a look at the existing system and gave me his recommendations. Not even once was there a push for sale or used fear tactics to sell their product( unlike ADT). I felt comfortable going ahead with the upgrade and services. For the monthly monitoring price they provide big companies like ADT will charge easily 20-30 bucks/month more than that. Brad, the owner of the company himself came and installed the upgraded board and replaced most of the existing bad contactors without even once telling that he would be charging more for it. In fact I realized that he replaced the bad ones once I saw them. He made sure everything worked fine. If I had any questions, he is always ready replying back no matter what day or time it is and you can sense that he really wants his customer be happy with his company. I highly recommend him and his company services. If you are in the market for economical, customer centered home security system installs and monitoring services Phoenix is your company.
