I called Integrity Electrical after several outlets in the house failed, including the one for the refrigerator. Joe responded immediately, figured out the problem, and did a great job of explaining the work that needed to be done. Joe and Alex upgraded the house to 200 amp service, which involved replacing the electrical panel, upgrading outlets, and replacing a meter box that had water damage. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Integrity Electric and Joe are a top notch operation. Honesty, hard working, fair and punctual. I would not only use them again but would recommend them with flying colors.

He came promptly, gave an accurate estimate, explained well the cost he quoted. When he came back to do the work he was again prompt and professional and fixed the problem quickly. He also checked back with me afterwards to make sure everything was working properly. I also advised me on a separate wiring problem and is coming back to give me an estimate on that work.

Joe O'Connell did extensive rewiring to replace knob/tube wiring in our 150 year old house. The project involved running new wires through walls and ceilings into over six rooms, along with upgrades to electrical panels. Joe and his assistant were very courteous and respectful - they were careful to cover the hardwood floors and use drop cloths to control the dust, and vacuumed up at the end of each day. Joe did great work, everything to code, no cut corners, and brought to my attention some concerns outside the scope of the project that we also had him address. He is a good communicator and returns phone calls promptly. I completely trust him and the work he does, and recommend him highly.

Perfectly would not even consider hiring another electrician eveything went so well

Everything went perfectly I'm confident that my house is at or excesses code making it much safer and a lot less to deal with when the time comes to sell. Also Joe and his helper Frankie are both very pleasant and respectable we were very comfortable having them in our house,if the situation had arose I'd of had no concerns about loaning them a key if we couldn't be home on a day the were scheduled

Joe was flexible (rearranged his schedule to come the next day even though this wasn't an emergency but was keeping a carpenter from progressing), incredibly punctual for all 3 visits, did a very good job of explaining problems and my options for solving them, setting my expectations for cost and time, efficient when on site, on the ball whenever we needed to communicate in person, by text, or on the phone. He is dependable, hardworking, pleasant, skilled, safe, etc. - all the things you want in a contractor.

Joe was awesome. He was always super responsive, proactive, and prompt. He was supposed to come right after that first massive winter storm that knocked out most of the power in Mass. He proactively reached out to us to reschedule since he was helping people with emergency issues and it wasn't a big deal at all. He was always extremely professional and the work/price was great, too. He gave us a quote very quickly as well. I would definitely recommend him for any electrical work.

It went well. He came to give the estimate and we scheduled a date a few weeks later. He arrived when he said and finished the job in the morning. He also noticed an issue with our circuit board and will come this week to fix it.

Joe has done work for us multiple times now and we have been very pleased each time. He is always professional, knowledgeable, honest and reasonably priced. Joe is just an overall nice guy, a pleasure to talk to and work with!

Joe was very prompt in keeping the appointment. He was able to quickly identify issues with our smoke detectors and fixed it.

The special was for 2 hours work for 1. Basically, what he did was come and give us a fancy estimate. He didn't do any work. We had 3 jobs we had him look at. He looked at the first job and saw it was gonna be complex, at the end, checked the second one, and barely looked at what the 3rd one was. And sent me an estimate. We had an hours worth of work for him to do, which he didn't do. He spent an hour just looking at the first job, and figuring out what he might need to do. So I would say I didn't get 2 hours worth of work. We did have him come back to do the job he contracted, he did that in approximately the time allotted. But he put in a wall outlet in a finished room and when he was done he said well there's a hole in the wall, you will need to get that fixed. That's not what I would consider a professional job. The hole was about 3 times the size of the box that he put in. He did have to pull out a cable in the wall, but he made a big hole to do that and just kinda said not my problem, there's a hole there. He did the second job, he had to do a little extra work for that, to make that work, although it wasn't a lot, but it was extra work and he said there was no extra charge for that. So that was a little bit of a plus there. The third job, when he actually looked at the third job we had, he said Well I estimated $500 but now I can't do it for that because he never really looked at it to begin with. He said he would have to come back and charge me twice as much. Ultimately, we got another contractor to do it for a third of that. It wasn't quite the same job, but we got it done for a third. His attitude all along was this is an old house, the wiring doesn't conform to normal standards so I can't take off the old wiring, I had to do something brand new. He was very critical of anyone else that had done any wiring. So he may be right but other people do it shall we say a little less meticulously than he does it.

Fantastic, work done, everything explained to me. Joe also answered questions regarding other electrical issues that I had.

As a Real Estate Agent, I am always asked for recommendations for tradesmen. When it came time to work on my own home, I was very critical of who I hired and wanted the work done right. I hired Joe to remove knob & tube and rewire my entire home, upgrade service to 200amp, and run new service to a gutted renovation. Bought a two-hour service deal from Angie's List. I was so happy that Joe answered my call and set up an appointment for the following week, which was very prompt from my experience. I wanted him to replace two scone lights in my porch. He came out earlier than the 8 AM time we had agreed upon, which I really appreciated since I had to work to work afterwards. He and his apprentice spent half hour trying to install the lights, but they weren't successful because the lights couldn't fit the existing boxes. He patiently explained to me that he couldn't install the new lights, so he fixed up the old lights and made them work again. I could tell by watching him that he was meticulous in his work. I would definitely hire him again
