Fernando was prompt in returning all my calls, showed up EARLY for the appointment and gave us a bid very quickly. He also followed up with us a couple of days later to see if we had any questions on what he submitted. Although we went with another company we would highly recommend his company and the level of service he provided.

Arrived early and was professional and courteous. Completed his work quickly and left the work area neat and clean. Asked if I had any other concerns or questions. Made recommendations on other work that should be done and explained which repairs needed attention immediately versus which repairs were less urgent.

Fernando was very responsive and punctual. He gave accurate estimates and ensured that the job was done right. He noticed there was no shutoff near the stove and installed one. He made extra efforts to ensure that range was positioned perfectly. He also gave general tips about ensuring that the pipes in the garage are appropriately insulated and also noticed that my HAVOC condensate pump not working right, which I could later fix myself. He seems like a straight-talking and honest guy.

We discovered a leak on our basement wall and suspected a leaking/burst pipe in our kitchen wall. We shut off the water main and called Fernando around 10:30am. Even though this was our first call, he was there within 2 hours. He opened up the wall and found that the existing copper pipe was pitted and had a leak. He replaced a large portion of the pipe with blue plastic PEX tubing and resolved the issue. Fernando was very professional and friendly. In addition to the work he completed for us, he also offered some suggestions on a furnace issue we are having and put us in touch with the furnace company rep. We would definitely recommend his services and use him again.

This guy was amazing from beginning to end. High energy! Took the work very seriously. Returned my phone call and email punctually. Showed up early with his work crew and waited on the street for 20 minutes until my husband backed out and went to work. He and his work crew obviously worked well together. It was a very nice atmosphere in the house. They were respectful and very compliant. The change in our quality of life is amazing, because of the water delivery. There were 2 adjustments to be made the day after the work. Fernando came out both times very rapidly and we are very happy with his work.

Fernando is professional, friendly, and skilled. Although we haven't been billed yet, because he did the work yesterday, he has also replaced our hot water heater and will be doing maintenance on our boiler. I would recommend him without reservation.

I called on a Monday evening expecting to leave a message, but Fernando answered and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. He was able to quickly fix the problems, showed me how to fix similar (but less severe) problems in the future, and answered several general questions I had as a new owner of the house.

I was very happy with the work that Roberto did. I was very pleased with his professionalism, craftsmanship, cleanliness, overall commitment to putting out an excellent product. The project, although on paper sounds straight forward, had a few curve balls. The most notably was the age and style of the tub. Mr. Gonzalez handled all of the challenges with a calm, and professional demeanor. The project took approximately six hours to complete and I was very happy with the finished product. Peace of mind is a very good thing!!

Fernando was fantastic. He was only required to help out with small portions of the remodel, but as we got into the project, we discovered other issues, such as corroded pipes that began to leak and a faulty release valve on the furnace. In the same week, we lost our hot water heater, but Fernando made an emergency evening visit to help me stop the leak. He truly went above & beyond the requirements of our project. We have had no issues with any of his work. He cleaned the areas he was working on & took his time to be thorough & complete. His pricing was very fair, and he was pleasant, professional, prompt and very nice to work with. We actually enjoyed his company in our home, as he was personable & fun to chat with! We are very excited to have a reliable plumber for any future issues in our home.

Fernando was on time. We have worked with him before and as always he was thoughtful, honest, professional & reasonably priced. Not only is he good at what he does but he is trustworthy, which is hard to find.

I had been doing a lot of research on contractors for this project since my husband and I were contracting this project out ourselves. I found Gonzalez Plumbing on Angie's List and called him to come give us an estimate. We choose Fernando out of our 3 estimates because not only was his price fair but he was the first one to get back to us! He is very thorough and professional. Always showed up on time. Excellent communication. Cleaned up after each time he worked on the house. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone. My husband and my parents were very pleased with his work!

Gonzalez plumbing always showed up on time and in good spirits. They were actually enjoyable to be around. The job was conducted on the second floor of my house in the dead of summer. As I said before, there was a lot of loose insulation and I though that may make it difficult for the contractors, but they did a fabulous job making sure all the plumbing was set to strict specifications. They always drapped cloth when necessary and cleaned up extremely well after themselves at the end of the work day.

Over all everything went very well. Mr. Gonzalez was very professional and had good prices. Better than all the others we have looked into. He was very easy to work with and would highly recommed him to anyone who wanted a professional job done.
