+ -1 moreI phone Sean on a Saturday, expecting to hear from him the following week. Instead Sean called me back on Saturday within a couple of hours, and agreed to do the work the following Monday. Again, understandably for such a small job, Sean could not, I found out, do the job on Monday, and instead said he would be by on Tuesday. It was not a particularly time-sensitive job; I just needed to know when to expect Sean.
Description of Work: Sean agreed to come out to replace one outlet that needed to be a safety (3-prong) outlet. Since I did not know what to expect to find behind the plate, I decided to have a professional do the work. Sean was responsive, did quality work, and his pricing was very fair. Understandably for such a small job, I had to be patient to allow Sean to fit this in when he could. He seems to do quality work, and was very responsive to what was an obviously small job. I would definitely use Sean again.

+ -1 moreI've had an electrical problem the City wanted me to fix. It was a minor job - but - surprise - not too many electricians are willing to take small jobs. I was very happy to find Sean who responded very timely and did a job very well. Sean is very knowledgeable, perfectly knows his trade, rational, responsive and punctual. Pleasure to deal with. Will definitely call him in the future, for both big and not-so-big jobs!
Description of Work: Sean thoroughly examined the wiring in the house as it was required by the City of Cambridge.
