+ -1 moreMade an appointment by clicking a link on Facebook. It was very convenient and easy to use. Steve im'd me right back to confirm the appointment. He was a bit late, but had im'd me 1st thing in the morning to let me know. he diagnosed the issue in 5 minutes and fixed the issue. He cleaned the unit, tested for carbon monoxide, picked up his equipment, and was gone within an hour.
Description of Work: Gas fireplace insert wouldn't fire.
