This site mandates a value variable. Since I only got one bid due to a lack of callbacks,I'm not sure of the value. Matt did call me back within the hour and came over for a 10:00 appt at 9:40. The job was well done in 2 hours and within a 24 hour range. He also told me about and showed me how to bleed the bottom of the tank to increase its' livelihood. That is service above many contractors!! If criticism is suggested here, I would still like to have or be sent the city permit for this install for my records. Went through Home Advisor, had instant contact at 1am. Water Heater America then followed through with a call @ 7:00am. Scheduled for a late day appt and got here earlier which was great. Service was 10 plus. Did the job complete in a short timeframe. Supplied a superior product. Took away old tank. No mess left behind. Very kind and caring. Far better service and product then trying to deal with the big store competitors. Would highly recommend. Very reasonable price.

I was called within 10 minutes of notifying Home Advisor. I was satisfied with Ben's quote and hired him. He showed up exactly on time and finished the job in less than an hour.Great job.
