Ben answered my emails and calls, and was happy to do a site survey to plan the installation. He worked with me to find a great solution to a small, weird space, and performed the installation quickly and efficiently.

Very happy the service was fast and efficient. The service person, Ben, was courteous and went right to work. Only issue is my warranty on my replacement hot water heater only goes back to what's left on my old, leaking heater. U should stand behind all your new heaters for the whole warranty period.
