Working with Joy from Kitchen Encounters was amazing! She was so helpful and gently guided us as we made our decisions. She has a keen eye for detail design and everything was perfect! Joy was responsive, professional and every aspect of the work was flawless. Wish i could rate this higher than a 5!

We love everything about our new kitchen! Working with Joy made things so easy. She is knowledgeable and very responsive. She listened to our ideas and made great recommendations to further improve the project. She stayed in constant communication and handled any issues that arose. The workers Kitchen Encounters used were extremely professional and friendly -- and they kept our space very clean. All of the work that was done is top notch -- we love everything about it. Even better, they finished the project early and stayed close to our budget.

I've purchased bathroom vanities and a complete set of kitchen cabinets from Kitchen Encounters through the years. They've always been helpful and timely. I've worked with Jay Muse for the last two projects, and he's personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I used a contractor each time who installed all the cabinetry, so cannot comment on their installation skills. I cannot comment on the price because I don't have anything to compare it to. I would rather work with a company like Kitchen Encounters than order cabinets through a Home Depot-type of place. I believe I get better overall service here, and if any small problems occurred, Kitchen Encounters quickly came out and tended to them. Were I in need of another cabinet, I would automatically use them again.

I love my new kitchen. Scott was very patient as I changed my design a few times. He was very helpful with his advise and suggestions. My cabinets are installed and I am very pleased with the look and the design. Granite counters will be installed next week. I would highly recommend Kitchen Encounters and Scott as a designer!

I contacted Kitchen Encounters b/c of an incentive that was being offered by a particular cabinet maker that KE sales. I already had a kitchen design completed but wanted comparisons and to see other options. Bob at KE was very helpful; he met with me twice in his showroom and once in my home. His design was almost identical to my original design and his costs were very competitive. After a line by line comparison of materials from each designer revealed some differences with regard to finishing work, I consulted with my cousin who is also a builder. He pointed out that one design was more builder friendly than the other but that the designs were pretty much the same. He suggested that I to go with designer that my contractor works most often with. So I did not choose to purchase from KE, but they were extremely helpful, professional and competitive.

We had to drive to Milford, MA to select the granite, but the resulting countertop is beautiful and was installed exceptionally well. Very pleased with the result and would recommend them.

I love them and would recommend them highly. They can do more than just kitchens. I've had them do an addition to my home, shelving, and redo a basement room for me. I've been using them for the last ten years. Anything I need something done around my home I call them. They even build/install decks. They always have a nice finished product due to their attention to detail. They are a locally owned business. They will even do really small jobs that involve nothing more than installing a shelf. I like them. When I need something done in my home I can just call them and I don't have to worry about it. They have a good eye for design. I had an old fireplace that was just plain brick. They came in and put shelving around it, put granite around it, and installed a gas fireplace for me. They are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I think they provide good value.

My experience with them was excellent. I liked them for their punctuality and customer service, and they paid attention to detail. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.

They never came back, never gave an estimate, never called to say they wanted the job.
