When we were ready to make an offer, Gwen provided recommendations for inspectors and an attorney, all of whose work we were thoroughly satisfied with. Once negotiations with the seller began, Gwen secured a lower price when it seemed highly unlikely that the seller would come down. Furthermore, she and our lawyer made sure to get beneficial language into the contract that saved us from a good deal of additional work and risk. Since the purchase of our home two years ago, Gwen has continued to be a resource, consulting with us on the value of home improvement projects.
