It went terribly and I would not recommend them to anyone. They invoiced me for work that was not performed and their follow up is terrible. They don't return calls and their internal administrative organization is disorganized to say the least.
Description of Work: They did a lawn fertilizer program for my yard that lasted over the year.

Work started in Sept./Oct. of 2011. It took about a week but the finished product looked unfinished. You can see where the roller brush strokes were done for the borders which were supposed to be a darker color. The main color was grey with darker grey for the borders but the color was inconsistent. Some borders were darker than others and even the main grey color was different in different areas. The border color also went out of the border and covered parts of the regular color. After the crew did not show up for a few days I called Justin and asked when he was coming back to finish it because it did not look like it was done. He said the crew had finished it and he would come out to to take a look at it. When he came to look at it a week or 2 later there were pieces flaking off leaving white spots. He agreed that it did not look like it should and there shouldn't be any of it flaking off. He said they would put another coat of sealer on it. But he suggested waiting till the spring because he didn't think putting another coat of sealer on at that time was the best thing to do. He said to wait till the spring to do another layer of sealer. By the spring of 2012 more and more of the coating flaked off. I got in touch with Justin. He eventually came out said the whole thing needs to be redone because of a bad batch of sealer. They would have to take off the layer of sealer and redo it. He said there were 3 other jobs he did that had the same problem and he never had this problem before. So he was blaming it on a bad batch of sealer that he buys from the Re-Deck company. Every 2-3 weeks I'd give him a call to see when he was going to redo the pool surround. He kept giving me excuses that he was trying to get the Re-Deck company to own the problem and they would do it soon. This went on for the entire summer & fall of last year. Last fall Justin said he would do it in the spring. This would be his first job with Re-Deck in the spring. I called him in March and April of this year so it would get done before the pool season started in mid-May. It took a long time before he finally called me back. He said the Re-Deck company had agreed there was a problem with the product and he was waiting for a new batch of sealer that was supposed to come late May or early June. It is now July 2013 and nothing has been done. I just left another voice mail message for Justin. If and when the pool surround is done over I will update my review. But for now it was a complete waste of money & my time trying to get the job finished. Update- mid July the sealer was replaced. The old sealer was stripped off and a new coat was put on. The color is more even now and it looks much better. There are two small places where when the sealer was taken off the re-deck also came off and you can see the concrete underneath. If it would have turned out like this the first time I would have been very pleased with the work. Oct. 2013 update - The new sealer started to come off a few weeks after it was applied. The sealer is flaking off and leaving white bare spots. The product or the application or both do not live up to what was described or shown in the brochure. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON RE-DECK!!
Description of Work: I had my pool area redone with Re-Deck. There was no problem with the cement it just looked ugly. Now it looks even worse. July 2013 Update - Sealer was finally redone. Looks much better now. October 2013 Update - Sealer started flaking off a few weeks after the new application.

It went well. There were some miscommunication issues, but they worked with us and completed the job. They started and were done in about a week and a half. WE are very pleased with the work. They started each morning, explained everything clearly about what they were doing along the way. We paid them half when they started and the other half when they finished. At each point when we wanted to add on more work than we contracted for, they were quick with the pricing and so we started at $5000.00, but added another $1100.00 worth of work.
Description of Work: Crystal Brook Landscaping put a beautiful 500 sq. ft., patio in our back yard. We had several estimates and their's was not the lowest. We chose Crystal Brook because all of the other landscaping companies told us their limitations on what we wanted, and even the ones with the higher prices acted like they were doing us a favor! Then Justin came out and he had a "git er done" we can do what you need approach! I showed Justin a picture of what I wanted, he made some suggestions, consented to the price of $5000.00 and we trusted Justin to do the job. He kept it simple stupid for us and was able to show us how great our back yard would look when it was done. He told us that he would explain everything along the way and that if we wanted to do more next year(which we do), that they would work with us. He explained the cost and even had hourly fees, if we wanted more work done later. First the crew removed all of the bushes and things that were in the way. Then they excavated and built a level patio in my backyard which was slanted at about two feet. After they laid the concrete to make it level, they made the patio out of stamped concrete. It took a day or so to dry and then they stamped it and did everything about that. Then they laid natural colored stone around the patio, planted some really nice unobtrusive bushes, and a fir tree. We purchased some stone benches and now we have a back yard oasis.
