Len Arbour is the plumber you've always wanted. He returns calls quickly. He shows up when he says he will. He does the job right the first time. And he is always completely professional. I've used Len for several years, to install a new bathroom and other smaller projects. But just the other day I had a water heater fail. I was having over night company that evening. I called Len and he showed up immediately. He called his supplier and had a new unit delivered in about an hour. I was up and running in about 2 hours after that. He has a "let's do this right and get you fixed up" attitude that is rare and refreshing.And after he installed the heater, he did a quick fix to an outdoors faucet - no charge. I won't use anyone else.
