Description of Work: They cleaned my house, including the roof. My house used to be very dirty. The roof was covered with moss, sticks, and had weeds growing out of it. They were here for a pretty long time. They were polite, professional, and had all of the necessary equipment. After they left, my roof was perfect, and the white parts of the hose were white again. I plan to use them next year too.

+ -1 moreThey got all of the sticks moss and weeds growing out of the roof. Now it looks new. They also got the white parts of the house white. it looks really nice and I will use them next year too.

+ 0 moreDave was punctual, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He saved us a ton of money by telling us to consult with a roofer before allowing Instabrite to power wash our old shingle roof. We learned from the roofer that doing so would have been problematic. So, we are grateful to Dave at Instabrite with being so cautious and honest. I highly recommend such a forthright business.

Originally, they were scheduled to be here next week, but due to the Easter holiday, I requested that they squeeze me in earlier. They accommodated me. They are professional, courteous, thorough and want to please me. Mike Jr. was the employee that worked tirelessly on my home for 2 1/2 hours until it shined. I would request him again and would most highly recommend them over and over.

+ -1 moreThey were very nice to deal with and very accommodating.
Description of Work: They came and did high pressure washing with special cleaners. I have cement blocks in the yard that have not been cleaned since I have lived here (25 years). They made the blocks look like the finest marble statues you would see in Washington DC. They look brand new and their cleaning is unbelievable. I would like to give kudos to David Freedman, the owner, because he let the people clean the vinyl patio chairs, umbrella and furniture for my daughter's upcoming graduation party and they did this at no charge. They come with a big truck that contains the cleaners and they run a hose off the truck to do the cleaning.
